J. RaNae James, 63, of Nampa, Ida., died June 23, 2011, at the Valley View Hospital in Renton, Wash., surrounded by family. She was the widow of Robert James.
RaNae was born Oct. 29, 1947, in Rupert, Ida.; the daughter of the late June and Harold Knight and the youngest of four siblings. She graduated from Minidoka High School in 1966. She married Robert James on May 3, 1980, in Rupert.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Michele and Rick Baker of Clarksville, Tenn.; daughter, Shirley Clingan of Clarksville, Tenn.; son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Karen James of Federal Way, Wash.; daughter, Brenda (James) Hanson of Burley; 11 grandchildren; brother, Bill Knight of Rupert; sister, Carma (Knight) Buel of Nampa, Ida.. and brother, Bob Knight of Rupert.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday the July 2, at Cloverdale Funeral Home in Boise, Ida., with viewing prior to service. Burial will conclude at Dry Creek Cemetery.
