Steve McMillon

retired in 2003. worked on forest fires 2010 and 2011 for a private company on a Bell 205 and Bell 212 helicopters as the mechanic. Celebrated our 53rd wedding anniversay. I have been restoring a 1967 GTO which is a long process.

tulsa oklahoma to obtain my airframe and powerplant license to work on aircraft. moved to Boise Idaho 1972. I served U.S. Army three years active duty in vietnam 1967 thru 1968. joined Army national Guard 1972 and retired in 2003. retired with 32 years civil service. 30 years military service three years active duty and 27 years Idaho national working at the Idaho Army Aviation support facility Boise Idaho. worked on apache and black hawk helicopters after the Hueys left in 1991.
, Retired as platoon sergeant in charge of seven black hawk helicopters and crews. I worked as a helicopter mechanic from 1978 thru 1982 at the Boise Interagency fire center traveling extensively to many states on forest and desert fires.
